You have to buy the review off the website http://www.cna-nurses.ca/CNA/nursing/rnexam/preptools/default_e.aspx As a back, they also have this online prep tool that you can use while you're waiting for the actual book itself. You can purchase it online. The Mosby book is helpful too. That's the only nursing text that I studied when I wrote my CRNE on Oct '09. Mind you, the exam isn't all about pathophysiology and medications. The exam tests you on how you react to certain situations and how you prioritize, so don't focus much on the disease processes and stuff. Make sure you purchase a Canadian based community health nursing text. Lots of CRNE questions are on community nursing. Also, the CNA might be changing the format of the exam, from mulitple choices to mixed M/Cs and short answers. So, buying the CRNE book will be truly helpful because it includes a section on short answers. Good luck!
