  1. To be or not to be a Nurse Practitioner?

    hey guys! I have always had this dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. I am to get in the program next year, but I'm scared that I may not be making the right move, reason being, I have not met 1 NP that has encouraged me to do it, and that it is worth it. They all complain of the many hours they have to work being call alot, legas issues like being sued alot etc. They all say that if they had to do it all over, they would have stayed just RN's. Please, any positive thoughts and experiences out there? Thanks, joan Olisa
