  1. Thank you all for the info. Finally got a call back from a dialysis clinic I start training in 2wks:w00t:
  2. Well to say that I have put over 100 applications is an understatement. It's the catch 22 that many new grads face. "Can't hire you unless you have 1 year of experience" I have tried several hospitals(gn positions and rn positions), home health agencies, dr's offices, dialysis centers and still no call backs. I'm I missing any other places? I was hired as a school nurse but then the position was given to someone else because I had an RN with a BS degree not a BSN . Just needed to vent a little to fellow nurses. Any advice other than give it time or pray? Thanks in advance
  3. Congratulations Krystina, I am sort of in the same boat I had an initial interview for a school nurse position for a middle school in the district I did my K-12 education as well. I currently live in TX and just graduated with my ADN in May. I have a previous bachelors in Human Development and Family Sciences and worked at a community clinic after I graduated as a health educator. So I do have some experience working with adolescents. Maybe you can be of help to me. I have a panel interview tomorrow afternoon and was hoping to get some feed back on what they asked you and your responses. Is there anything you said that really WOWed them? Any advice? Thank you in advance.
