  1. Hello everyone. I've been reading posts here for quite some time now. I have a question regarding taking NCLEX for Colorado. I was thinking of taking the CGFNS as well but decided not to (or would you recommend it?) since Colorado does not require it anymore. I went ahead and printed the 'applicant instructions' from the Division of Registrations and read that the application is good for only ONE year. I am planning to take the NCLEX this year or early next year. I was wondering if my application expires in Colorado, does that mean my NCLEX results will become invalid? I am a little bit confused... I do not want to retake the NCLEX exam if ever... I heard that in California, after three years, your application will be purged together with your NCLEX exam results. Is this true for Colorado as well? I am also reviewing for my IELTS right now. Currently, I do not have any hospital experience. Although I am planning to have 6 months training in a tertiary hospital near my place this May. If you were in my situation, would you recommend this chronological plan? (1) Apply for the CES from CGFNS (2) Pass the IELTS exam (3) Apply for NCLEX Thanks for all your help
