    hi ! i am a nurse here in the Philippines. I took and passed the California NCLEX. now, problem is that i cannot get a permanent california license because i do not have an SSN. i am still here inthe philippines though my petition has been processed by an agency. i plan to apply an endorsement to Texas BON to get a permanent license. I'd like to know how to do it. and if the exam to get a permanent license is easy. please help me.....
