  1. Hi everyone! I'll be graduating in four weeks with my associate's degree in nursing. I currently live in New Jersey so I understand finding a new-grad job is probably a joke. I'm wondering if anyone knows where new-grad's are being hired because I'm willing to relocate anywhere to get the experience and work on any unit (even the less-desirable ones)! I just want to get my nursing career started but I also know that I really need to acquire some "real" nursing skills, judgement, etc. I know the shock of "reality" is really going to hit me when I'm out of school, but I'm actually looking forward to it. Like I said, I just really want to find anywhere to work to start learning how to be a "real" nurse. Any info would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!! Jeanie from NJ
