oh ok thanks! Do you know if you are supposed to already have a photo or you take one at the store?

Hey everyone! I was also accepted into the nursing program for the fall and im soooo excited! I just wanted to know how you guys are going to go about getting a passport sized photo?

I know this sounds really bad but i did HORRIBLE on my SAT in highschool...i got a 400 on the verbal and medical college of ga requires a 450. do you guys think i would still be considered for acceptance? i satisfy all other requirements and have a pretty good gpa over a 3.0...but my only concern is my sat verbal score. Do i absolutely HAVE to have a 450 to even apply???

One more quick question..did you guys have to take the TEAS and send them ur scores?

Hey i was just reading over this thread and i posted my own thread but no one seemed to answer but oh well.. Since you guys go to MCG and live in apartments there, do you work to pay for rent? i heard that nursing school is very time consuming and is like a full time job itself so how do you find time to work? thanks for your help..im looking to apply for Summer 2011

Wow! that is alot of classes..im ultimately trying to get into georgia state's nursing program but thats not the only one im going to be applying to. Here's a list of the classes i've taken: communications, english 1101, math 1101, political science 1101, psychology 1101, and Humanities. Next semester i will be taking my chemistry, history and research 1203. i'm planning on applying for ga state to be admitted in the fall of 2010. Do i have enough classes to start applying for nursing school? i guess you can say that i dont want to take classes that i dont need. Also is critical thinking something i should take?

Hello all, I am currently enrolled at Georgia Perimeter college with a nursing major. i have many many questions so forgive me if i confuse you. 1.) I know you are supposed to apply to many nursing schools but if they all have different prerequisite requirements am i supposed to satisfy all of them? 2.) Can anyone give me a general overview of what they did to get into nursing school? Like from the time you got into college through getting into nursing school. What courses did you take? 3.) I have taken nost of the classes on the sheet ga perimeter gave me but what if i dont need those classes for other nursing programs? 4.) When am i supposed to start applying for nursing schools? Sorry for all the questions but i just want to make sure im on the right track. Thanx
