hello all, this is robbie wolff and i am the creator of the robscpne website. i first have to apologize because the person that states that i never contacted her is correct. the reason for this is that he/she probably responded to the automatic e-mail that goes out with every purchase. i do not respond to those as it is an outgoing email only. someone had suggested that this person use the "contact us" button on my website to get a hold of me. that is the one sure fire way to contact me as i check my e-mails almost every 2 hours while i am at work. i know he/she said she did use this button but i have gotten no email recently that states that a dvd was not delivered (those emails are high on my priority list to reslove immediately) so to the person who has not received his/her video i am sorry for the inconvenience. please use the contact us tab on my website and i will respond to whatever issues you may have. i will change the outgoing email message for orders to read do not respond to this email. that way this will not happen again. good luck to everyone on their cpne (and thanks lisa for making me aware ! )
