great thanks Riversideca-lvn. how much longer until you finish the program? How do you like it? I'm still debating whether to go to ISU or my local college here since to local college here has a lvn to rn program, and I have a pretty good chance to get into it. Would you recomment ISU over traditional school?
hi guys, this is my first posting on allnurses.com. I'm in California and I'm about to take the CSM courses for Indiana State. I'm a bit worried about the clinicals. I've read on some reviews that some students have to go and find their own clinical sites. TCN said "don't worry about it" and that Sonoma State would "handle all of that." Now I'm just confused and don't know who to listen to. Has anyone actually done clinicals through Sonoma state? That would be a big relief for me know know that you actually exist and that they do take care of your clinicals for you. Do they really schedule clinicals for you or do you have to go and find it yourself? it would be a funny sight for me to walk up to hospitals with my newborn in my arms asking for internship haha.
