Anyone ever worked for Rx Crossroads as a contract RN?
Hi: I first signed up with them in May;they were quick to get back to me and do a telephone interview, but since then, I've kind of had to chase them. They said they would send the contracts, but didn't, so I had to call and email;then, I got an email asking if I'm still interested since they, "hadn't heard from" me. Finally got the contacts, sent them back, heard nothing. I called and emailed;got the Rebif training kit and promise of the Norditropin kit. Got nothing. I called and emailed;weeks later, I got set up for the online test;took it, passed;heard nothing. I called and emailed. I got a second Rebif kit. Weeks later, got an email about the Norditropin training, which they said would take 20-30 mins. Took an hour and a half by web-seminar;they also went over payroll deadlines and said they pay twice monthly. I asked about the Norditropin kit;they said to email them, so I did. That was last week and I haven't heard back nor rec'd anything. Oh, well. I'm ready to go with the Rebif training if they ever call! Good luck!

Yeah, well I live on a small island so I figured there couldn't possibly be too many patients needing this. I'd actually done the training for one patient when I worked in home care. No contracts, test, etc., just "go see this patient and show her how to do SubQ injections". The patient wrote the nicest note I ever got and sent it to my boss...I still have it! Ha! Anyway, I still didn't do the online test yet...I'm assuming it's a piece of cake? Aloha!

Hi, I just signed up with them here in Hawaii. Recently received my training kit and am about to take the online test. What's the latest with you with them? Aloha!

Try Nursefinders! They have 2 offices: one (in Waikiki) that does staffing for facilities (hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, etc.) and the other (on Piikoi St.), which does home care (private duty shifts, in/out visits, transports, schools, etc.). The pay isn't that great but great people to work for. I'm sure they could keep you busy. Good way to get your foot in the door at places. Good luck!
