  1. How dare some of you people only call being an LPN just "a stepping stone". Becoming an LPN is my long term career goal after becoming a CNA, and just because an LPN usually does not get hired to work in hospitals or because they don't have to go to school as long as an RN does not mean an LPN is less then an RN, I will gladly work in a nursing home, and be just a "lowly" LPN while you RNs have trouble even finding a job.
  2. I need THREE replies (at least)n and have only received (so far) TWO. Can you encourage any of your friends to reply? Thank you SO very much!!

  5. I just started a cna program, in the Bronx this monday, the program is monday through wed for three hours each day. So far each day this week she has been between 10 to 20 minutes late and then she let us leave 10 minutes early monday and 15 minutes early today, should I complain to someone at the school about this or wait and see if she gets it together next week? Could this be doing our class alot of damage in terms of preparing us properly for the exam.
  6. I wanted to know if anyone knew what the passing grade is on the written part of the cna exam? I haven't started class yet, so I took a practice test to see how I'd do it was 60 questions and I got 56 right. Would this be a passing grade?
  7. Hi all, I recently registered for the CNA program at Hostos Community College starting on the 9th, and was wondering if anyone had taken this course at this college before? Thanks.
