  1. I 've read about holistic nursing in books. I don't see that in hospital settings, actually is totally opposite. I believe it is something that will work in private practice to start. thanks of the info.
  2. I would like to specialize in ICU, but all the jobs I've found requires ICU experience :s I only have 2 years of med-surge [btw did't enjoy at all]...what now? I do not want to get stuck in an area that never like [but I made it because is the basics] ....
  3. what about dade county?...what about baptist hospital?...Any comments about the "great magnet hospital in south fl?
  4. I know the feeling IsseyM, all you describe there its true. I am disappointed and , all the work that takes to be and RN.
  5. Im leaving nursing as soon as my 2 year contract finishes. Going back to school for cardiovascular perfusion. It would be expensive since its a particular university, but all it matters is to be happy with what you do... :)
