Hello, I've been enrolled at Palomar for a couple years and cannot seem to get the prereq classes to get into the RN program, and even if I get into them the waitlist is 3-5 years, I also contacted Mira Costa college and same problem. I was looking into both Kaplan College and Concorde, and have seen more positive results from Concorde Career Colleges. I called the counselor and she seemed very helpful explaining how the difference between them and Kaplan is that they do actual clinical hours in a hospital, and have hands on experience, problem is they cost $30,000 for 1 yr LVN program. So here's my questions: Has anyone attended Concorde in San Diego? If so how was your experience and were you easily able to find a job? Are they an accredited university? I want to go back to Palomar to get my RN, and that is my biggest concern. Also, is there any other programs in San Diego, basically the same concept as Kaplan and Concorde (that's accredited of course) to help either get to RN or LVN without a waitlist. Thanks Everyone
