My case reads: Mr. Williams presents with frequent infections and a non-healing leg wound. Temp 100.4, HR 76, B/P 92/60, dry mucous membranes and complaint of headache. He denies shortness of breath but exhibits bilateral crackles. My professor want a possible medical diagnosis and nursing diagnosis (no risk or potential) I am convinced that the patient has HIV infection but I need some input and assistance composing the nursing diagnosis
