I'm not sure how this site works yet but are you able to contact the NP in CKD but then I'm not sure how I can communicate directly with them.

Hi I am in Australia working in Darwin in a new model of care for CKD clients - pre dialysis. I would love to network with others in this area especially if you run your own clinic. Chheers

Hi Jane nice to meet you I am needing to find a nurse who practices in gerneral practice or independently in managing CKD clients. I wish to observe their practice. May be you know of such nurses??? I'm not sure if the UK have such practitioners but I thought I would try.

I work in a general practice in Darwin, Australia with 14 GPs but my model of care is new And there is no one else in Australia at present working like this so I would like to explore overseas to get some ideas on how to improve my practice. Hope you can help me out
