Medicaid case management?
I work for a medicaid program in another state and I would say its a mix of being patient focused and cost saving, but more paitient focused. The number one focus of care plans is "member outcomes" and ways to meet those outcomes while being cost effective. I was only doing the clinical aspect for a year after nursing school beforte I took the position but I definitely do not miss it more than I like not having to work weekends or holidays. I do some paperwork at night, but that is because I will go on visits sometimes, finish early and then do charting at home rather than go back to the office and do. I also get to work home some days if I need to (sick kids, need to do care plans without distractions, bad weather etc). Also, although you are not doing hands on skills, you are doing a ton of assessment and teaching.

Bryant and Stratton
I graduated from the Bryant and Stratton Wauwatosa campus in Dec of 2010. The school does prepare you very well for the N-Clex and the pass rate is in the mid to upper 90s. I have no experience with MATC except that many of my classmates had gone there and transferred when they got frustrated with the petition process. Like the previous poster said, my only "issue" really was with clinicals. I always ended up with a clinical in a good hospital, but some semesters I didn't know when or where my clinical would be until the semester started. It made it difficult for people to figure out job schedules and child care. However, I was thankful that they always did find a spot for everyone and I was able to graduate in 19 months. ETA, most of the teachers were great and really on the side of the students, even when the administration didn't quite seem to understand why we had problems with the clinical situation.

How long?
I just graduated Dec. 17th and my school had the paperwork in by the end of December and I was able to schedule my NCLEX before the first of the year. I think the delay might be coming from your school not getting the paperwork in. I got an email from the WI DRL and Pearson on the same day, so it seemed as if as soon as the state got the paperwork, they notified Pearson. Have you paid the fee for the NCLEX yet and have you looked up your application status on the DRL? You may want to contact your school if the DRL says its still waiting for a statement of graduation.

Schools without waiting list for 2year RN program???
Bryant and Stratton in Wauwatosa does not have a waiting list. At least there wasn't one when I started in May. I started my application process in January. There are three semesters a year, so If you started now you can probably get in for January or May of 2010. It is a two year RN program and they are now accredited NLNAC.
