  1. I can't hear a thing!

    I bought the only stethoscope available at our local medical supply store for school, but I can't hear anything with it. I wanted to get a new Littmann, but there are so many to choose from I was wondering if anyone could tell me which one worked well for them. Thanks for the help! Sprouts
