  1. Hi Labor/Delivery nurses, I am completing an internship in the ATU and am considering becoming an L/D nurse. As part of my internship, I need to interview an L/D nurse to get a general idea of what things are like. I figured that by posting my questions here, I would get more responses than by just asking one nurse, and thereby get a more well-rounded picture. I appreciate your time and thought. Feel free to answer as briefly or as involved as you like. 1. What attracted you to labor and delivery? 2. What's the best part of your job? 3. What's the worst part of your job? 4. Have you worked with doulas? If so, do they help/hurt the situation? 5. How do you handle stress? 6. What strategies do you use for time management? 7. How long did it take for you to feel comfortable? 8. What other areas of OB have you worked in? Thank you!!
