Hello, My experience of Care Plans has been pretty good thus far! :) This is what I did... *Every instructor has different expectations so step one talk with them they will be you best bet for help. *The Main thing I find to keep in mind is ALWAYS keep in mind to make your Care Plans Client/Patient "SPECIFIC". *Care plan books are also a wonderful investment to get you thinking about ideas. I bought "Nursing Care Plans, Diagnoses, Interventions, and Outcomes" 7th Edition By: Meg Gulanick and Judith L. Myers I love this book it has inspired me to be creative with care plans, mind you I only use it to reference I never copy out of it...Patient specific is important!! *My fellow senior nurses have been a tremendous help as well! Good Luck!!
