  1. Australian nurse moving to California - help!

    Hi, I hoping to get some info on resources for nurses who have tried (and in my case recently failed) to get permission to sit the NCLEX in California. My husband is American and we're in the process of obtaining my green card. Assuming that goes well, where can I take a single course to make up for my apparent lack of training in Obstetrics? Also, is there an appeals process to the decision made by the CBN? Any help would be great. Has anyone out there had similar issues and what did you do!? Thanks in advance.
