I need to interview a medical assistant that has been in the field for 5 years. its just like 20 questions. 1. your name and name of facility 2. how long have you worked there, what is ur schedule like? 3. how long have you been in the medical field and why did you choose this carreer? 4. please list your daily job duties? 5. what do you like/dislike about your job? 6.how many patients do you see daily? 7. which certification does your dr prefer RMA or CMA? 8.do you perform venipunctures or injections? 9. what questions do you ask the patient before the doctor comes in/ do you follow up afterwards with patient? 10. do you wear scrubs, do you have attire guidelines that you follow, do you wear your hair up? 11.does your facility use EMR's? 12. does your facility require tb tests, Hep B injection series, cpr/fa?
