  1. Hey everyone! just wanted to see if there was any air force wives out there. My boyfriend is joining the airforce and we plan on getting married after his tech school. I am just wondering what it would be like for me to become a nurse while living the air force life? Is there on base schools or is online schooling a good choice? What are the education opportunities like for me while he is still active? Any advice would help from any military wife. THANKS!:)
  2. Im currently a freshmen in college and am trying to figure out which route to take either LVN first or straight to ADN? I am thinking of getting my LVN first so I could hopefully work and get experience but after reading all these messages I'm not to sure anymore because it seems extremly difficult to find a job. I live in San Diego not to far from the downtown SD area. Anyone have any recommendations? and if I were to get my ADN instead would there be a better chance of getting hired straight out of college? any info would greatly help Thanks!
  3. I am currently a freshman at San Diego State Univerity as a nursing major. I was planning to get my BSN from there but have been thinking to start off and get my ADN first from a community college so I can get work experience as an RN for a couple years and make money. I plan on getting my BSN but wanted to know if getting my ADN first would be better. Which community colleges have low/no waitlist for the nursing program?and If I got into a ADN program what would be my chance of finding a job in the near future?
