  1. Interview questionaire: I am a student at Davenport University and interviewing a case manager is for my case management class, please anyone help me if you are a case manager an please include your first and last name! What type of case manager are you? What made you want to pursue that type of case manager's responsibilities? How long have you held this job title? What are the educational requirements for your job? Can you tell where you went to school to fufill this requirement? Do you like this job? What is your specific job function? What are the pros ans cons about being a case manager? What has been the most interesting thing you've seen on the job? The worse? Did that affect you personally somehow? What have been your personal struggles with the job, if you don't mind? When some of your client's are upset/angry how do you handle the situation? If I wanted to become the type of case manager you are, what is advice would you give to me? Thanks you to whomever replies, I greatly appreciate it!
