  1. im 35 starting 2nd semester of ADN program in sept....you younger guys are lucky to have made a career decision earlier in life but better late than never for everyone....good luck to all

ECC NRS107: NRS107-Nursing 1- Essex County College this will help you guys...i just finished nrs 107....yes you need to read from orientation....alot of reading but im sure youll be fine..i attached the blogspot...has alot of information plus the course calendar..shows the readings the dates will be different but same schedule....hope it helps ya....
  3. hi sasha....i actually overdid it and bought two nln pax study guides..the mcgraw hill one and the nln one...i think the mcgraw hill one is better because it gives small reviews in each chapter and is more thorough with the math and science...the verbal key to me is just because you dont know a word doesnt mean u cant figure it out...instead of memorizing thousands of inpractical words...learn some roots, prefix and suffixes..such as a word like atypical...lets say u dont what it means well a in front of usual root means with out or lacking so you can deduce meaning from the prefix ect......stuff like that..hope it helps..

  6. ya i bought most of my books...i need to get one more book i think...i got the mosby drug guide with the little cd...it works in the cpu...i got that fluids and electrolytes book too....i want to be solid on that...

  11. Hey guys. I got my letter also and i am in as well. Looks like well be working towards our goals together. Should be fun!
  12. im done every pre req only things i need to do is sociology and medical terminology outside of the nursing...im pretty much set...
  13. ummm honestly ya waiting for the letter is killing me...i need to know what im doing cause if i dont get accepted here im gonna apply to mountainside which is more expensive but hey ill do what i got to do.....i dont know anyone else that took the test... im sure u will be fine with your stats....i hope i can say the same...i dont live in essex no more i live in elizabeth but ive taken all my credits from ecc and have my associates from there...i hope they dont take points away from me even though i spent cash at the school...lol...

  15. what u mean like score gpa??? nah i didnt ask all of that.. i didnt want to become annoying...i should have...i got a 3.3 gpa and 150 on the nln so lets see what happens
