A cardiologist died, and after everyone paid their last respects the coffin was prepared for burial. Placed at the end of the coffin stood a huge, beautiful red heart, signifying his life long dedication to his profession. The beautiful heart opened as the coffin moved toward it. The coffin entered the heart, and once neatly inside, the heart closed, sealing the coffin within. Suddenly there was an oburst of laughter in the crowd of moarners. "What's so funny", someone asked? The laughing moarner responded with, " I'm a gynecologist, and I was just picturing what my furneral would look like!" At that moment the Proctologist fainted.:chuckle

I am trying to decide what to do for my master's. I want to teach nursing. I could get my master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner and teach with that background, but Wyoming University offers an online master's in nursing education. {so does Canyon College}. Has anyone heard if Wyoming's online programs is accredited? Also, I have my lisence in Ohio, does anyone know if the educational degree would be valid by another nursing state board? It is really hard to find a college that offers a master's in nursing education. Any suggestions on what I should do??? cathlabnurse.

I have my BSN and would like to get a Master's Degree, do I go for Nurse Practitioner or get a Master's in something else? I am afraid that the NP's are a saturated field already. Also even with the projected shortage of nurses by 2020 there is no indication of better pay or benefits.... suggestions please!!!:roll
