Can anybody tell me what are hr recruiters/nurse managers looking for in a new graduate rn. Questions I am getting. What did you answer to the following questions that got you hired? Tell me about a time you were faced with conflict in the workplace and how did you resolve it.

Hello, I have an interview with JHH week after next. What type of questions did they ask I'm suppose to do the sharetime thing to? I've been on a couple of interviews with no calls back, so I think it is something I'm not doing right in my interview? Also did JHH tell you the starting pay I heard to ask before the job offer is an insult.

I don't take the test until next week, but I don't know whether it is form a or b. Have u already taken form a? if so send me over ur topics just post them directly on the forum. I get b I will do the same. I just don't believe in doing all this stressing your graduation semester. All this so schools can protect there NCLEX pass rates.
