    Yes! I've had similar experiences. My closest sister said "You a nurse!" and laughed. It is hurtful and I've lost some relationships over my new career path. It bothers me a lot but I know that I am doing something new and exciting. People may feel that you are leaving them behind and that is their problem! Good Luck and do what's best for YOU!

  2. ..Not grasping A&P1 labs..

    I also had trouble w/A&P labs. Change your study habits if your current habits are not working for you. Pull out all stops and don't give up! My instructor told me that "A&P is not the problem....your study habits are the problem." Put bad test scores behind you and start fresh.....give yourself some credit and don't give up!
