  5. hm, don't get me wrong....n.n i will get green card within few years and it's on the process now. (so that is not my problem) i already know about economic recession there. that's why i'm worried about my career in my country. actually,i heard that it's really hard to get a job without us experience in this recession although i have enough work experience in my country. so, my career could be useless there. my problem is that without research career, i don't have any recent career and i don't have any plan to change my career now. for these reasons, i just want to know when a clinical research nurse go back to bedside nursing,,, commonly, genereally(in the case of us citizens) whether it's ok or not. it's a very simple question^^;. does anyone can tell me? anyhow, i hope that the economy boost soon again for you, for me....

  7. I'm an overseas nurse and am planning to work as a nurse in the states few years later. but my concern is if I have less chances to get a job because of my career. worked in med/surg for 3 years from 2000-2003. and I have been working as clinicall research nurse at the hospital field for 2.5years. (medicine for 1.4 years, 1 year for occology part.) 1.is my research nurse career minus for getting a job there? or ok? (don't mind nursing home or else.) can it be considered as recent work experience? 2.if it finish family NP program, could my situation be better in the job market? please give me any advice..
