Hi everyone! I'm totally confused and don't know what to do. I currently attend Florida International University as an undergraduate student intending to be a Nurse. Last semester I took Microbiology and failed the class with a D. In order to get into the School of Nursing you can't get a grade of C- or less in any science courses(no repeats allowed). I don't know what to do. I talked to an advisor at my school and she said there is nothing I could do; she also said that it happens to many people and what they usually do is chang their major. I on the other hand refuse to change it; I want to be a nurse. There has to be another way in. It can't be over just because I got a failing grade in one class... or can it??? Please help! Any suggestions? It will greatly be appreciated!!!:redbeathe
