  1. Fyi, that is NOT why i am leaving my job. I was simply stating that I was working a 2wk notice for career advancement, so it didn't matter anymore about the whole filter needle thing.
  2. I think this was misunderstood, I am not quitting my job over this. I am moving into an RN position from LPN. I was simply saying that I guess it didn't matter anymore since I am leaving.
  3. I also work for a facility that does not supply filter needles. I think this is a liability for nurses and it is dangerous to the patients. I have mentioned this to my nursing supervisor and she doesn't seem as though it is a big deal. I have to deal with this kind of stuff a lot at my office and it is really annoying. Good thing I am working my 2wk notice huh.
  4. I just accepted a position as a new grad RN, but have been a CMA for 7yrs and an LPN for 1yr. Salary pay 45/yr plus about 3-4 bonuses a yr. Is this a rip off? Doing drug research
