  1. Dilemma!

    I am a recent graduate. I took an internship on a cardiac stepdown floor during school. Naturally I interviewed for a position there. In the meantime I found what I think is the perfect match for me, since my love is peds. I then interviewed on a peds cardiac stepdown unit. It went well, but the manager had to take time off for a family emergency. Now the other unit would like an accept/or decline answer and I am torn on that to do???? Plus I do not have an official offer from the peds unit. P.S. I have wanted to work in peds since childhood
