Congradulations. Today I found out that I passed the boards and I also got a call from my first choice of employment. I live in southwest VA and Positions are not easy to come by here.

I am scheduled to take my state board test on may 18. I have studied everything I can find. I am having this terrible dream that I will be the only one in my class to fail this thing. I graduated with honors from nursing school. I am happy for all those who have passed. I sympathize with all those who are waiting for their results. And, I am praying that one day I can laugh at all this

reply not many positions open around here. those that are do not want new graduates. the hospital i did clinicals just don't have a big turn over.

:balloons: i am a recent graduate and am taking my boards on may 18. I have talked with some of my classmates and we are all having a difficult time finding a job. It seems like no one wants to hire an unexperienced lpn. I have been a stay at home mom for the last 18 years. So i have no work experience. I am becoming very discouraged. Does any one have any advice.
