    At least something was done about it. At the place I work, if you go to the DON about anything, they go to the person that you complained about and tell that person, using your name, what you said and exactly what they should do about it..... Usually something in retalliation. Then when you complain to the Administraor, they just say "See the DON about your nursing issues, that isn't my problem." In this area, nursing jobs are difficult to come by lately with the economy and such..... I so wish there was some support at our facilty.....
