  1. Finding a job frustrations!?!?

    I am a newly licensed RN and have been working at a hospital as a CNA for 2 years. The DON recently hired 3 of my classmates as RN's but decided that she would just keep me as a CNA. I have been looking outside of my "remote" area but the thought of moving from my child/family is not very appealing. I was told in 5 or 6 months she would re-evaluate and determine if she needs another new nurse but they are currently overloaded. I think it's all personal and has nothing to do with my performance over the last 2 years. What do I do? Is it legal to continue working as an aid or am I putting my license at risk? Any ideas?
