    Hello, Should I get LVN/LPN certification first and get some experience and then do the LVN to RN bridge or should I go straight to the RN program? I'm in the Dallas area and the LVN program is 12 months vs the 16 months-2yrs RN programs. I work full time and I'm just really anxious to get out there and start a new career in nursing. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
