Hi. I'm in NJ. I would be getting 60% of the amount collected from the insurance co.

I am orienting now- as a student and have been offered 60% once I get my license.

As a newly graduated psych NP, what is an appropriate percent of amount billed to expect as compensation? It's a private practice, run by a DNP employing a therapist and psychologist. Thanks!

Hello, As a new grad struggling to find employment, I'm interested in obtaining certifications to continue my education and bolster my resume. I have already registered for ACLS. Could someone recommend additional certifications. I'm a little confused as to which certs you can get on your own (ACLS, PALS?) and which you need experience in your specialty. A list, anyone?
