  1. yes Natty1989, they will notify u by mail if you are acceptted just about the same time they mail out the accepted ones.. best of luck to you...
  2. thanks ladyjaye. and yeah that sleep deprived and waiting untill you are tired thing does sound a bit wired, but hey it worked for you and it doesn't hurt trying it i guess. and i just might take you up on that offer for help, i never can tell. well thanks for your help and already i start revising and i can't even retake the exam untill late february. thanks very much for your encouragement urmysunshine. and congratulations and i wish you all the best and hopefully, i mean faithfully i will be joining you in the fall semester. :tku:
  3. LadyJaye if you don't mind me asking what was the name of the study guide you used? I have one that is from the NLN, review guide for Rn pre entrance exam, the 3rd edition. And another question did you only used the Nln book to study? Got any studying advise/tips that I could please? I failed once and don't intend to do so again, I mean I would like to join you guys in the program in the fall.
  4. thanks you guys for your words of encouragement. i will not be discourage, as a matter a fact this i think will give me the strength to fight harder to get in, and as ladyjaye once said "i won't stop until they let me in- even if it is because they just get sick of seeing my name in the list of applicants!"
  5. So I didn't get accepted into the ADN program. But I mean its not the end of the world. I will just continue to work on my bachelors classes untill fall's semester, where with the help of God i will get in. It was something that I had expected, being that I scorecd so low on the NLN exam. So to all of you that Got accepted CONGRATULATIONS and I wish you all the best.
  6. Thanks for the encouragement. I will keep you posted.
  7. Congratulations LadyJay. I have not recieved a letter as yet my self but I am actually not at home so i won't Know if i got a letter just yet untill this weekend. But if don't mind me asking what was your score on the NLN? My back up plan also was to work on the Bachelor's courses, in which I have already started on. Well my only down fall was my NLN score of 68, and because of it I am not so confident about getting in. but, hey! there is always fall semester. Again congrats and I wish you all the best.
  8. . Hey RNursehopeful2010 could you please contact me via email at [email protected]. I would really appreciate if you could. Thank You.
  9. Thanks for that advise. Though it doesn't make me any more confident. I just think that could have done better on the NLN, though I took less than 2 weeks to study for it. Because it was kinda of a rush decision t go to IRSC. Well I have my fingers cross, may be this one time luck might be able to change.
  10. I am just wondering what you think my chances of getting the nursing program would be? I scored a 68 in the NLN (a bit low uhh?), a 3.11 GPA and have completed all the prerequisites with A's and B's. I am trying to get in for spring 2010 and worry myself everyday that I won't make the cut to get in.
