i hate critical thinking scenarios

yeah...im not doing to hot in school and I really don't understand this stuff and this is due tomorro and im pretty much freaking out about it and im trying to understand it all but the questions are so confusing.

Recent health survey research indicates that U.S. healthcare consumers are increasing their use of complementary and alternative modalities (CAM). Consumers often do not inform their primary care providers of such use. What implications are there for nursing practice because of this?

im trying!!!! all i need is a scenario like this one... (this one has to do with Decisional Conflict) The nurse might ask a woman to make some decision about her care. The woman may seem very indecisive and unable to reach a conclusion. The reason may be tht the husband is the decision maker in the family. When the husband arrives, the Decisional Conflict ("problem") may disappear. see i got that one but I can't come up with one for Disturbed Thought Processes.

How might the nurse misdiagnose or misperceive "Disturbed Thought Processes" becuase of cultural differences?
