  1. Thank you, the problem is an ADN is an RN w/ an associate degree...I already have one, I understand the BSN would be much more in depth, but why is there no bridge program from CMA to RN. I'm not denying that you have further depth as an RN, what I'm asking is-does anybody know of a program that offers such a bridge?
  2. I'm also a CMA and I've only worked in the field for 1.5 years but I've proven myself more than some RNs I work with. I find it very frustrating that there is no program to teach the depth these RNs are speaking of because I've already been trained in all the same medication administration and venipuncture as any RN I've worked with as well as all of the systems, functions, etc. I already have an associates degree also, so if anybody knows a way please reply!!!
