Hi folks , I am looking for a Hospital Facility which petitions for foreign ICU nurses . I have got this far without the help of any Agencies , and I really hope someone reading this can help me now find a good Hospital which petitions for foreign ICU nurses I'm hoping to find one in the DFW / N.Richland Hills / Frisco / Plano / Allen / Grapevine areas . I really do need the help of someone reading this , as all the Agencies I'm aware of , seem very vague in being specific about what it is they offer and promise . So please please please if you know of a hospital that does petition for foreign ICU nurses, please contact me . Hi Guys, I,ve already completed & posted off my CES application with the intention of registering with the Florida Board of Nursing and sitting my NCLEX there, So can I now complete and post off my Visascreen Application before taking the Nclex exam in Florida,or do I have to wait until after I eventually hopefully pass,before completing and submitting my Visascreen Application ? Obviously I,m trying to get everything in place as quickly as possible so as to reduce the processing time,but am not to sure about the correct sequence of events I should apply to the Application process. Hi Guys, ( Well done Sue) I,ve started the ball rolling and have already completed and posted my registration forms to the Florida Board of Nursing and the CES etc. My question is, Once my NCLEX is passed and I find an immigrant visa sponsoring employer on the Gulf Coast,Florida,is there anyway I (and my new hubby) can relocate from the UK and I can then start work in my new Med/Surg RN job whilst the Visa Application submitted by my new employer is being processed. I have deliberatley avoided the Agency route to give me more choice in employer/location/benefits etc. Any and all help will be gratefully recieved Thanks from Anna & John [email protected]

Hello, I'm a British (UK) born English spoken & educated 34 year old female RGN Staff Nurse with 12 years expierience,wishing to relocate from England UK to Gulf Coast Florida and continue to develop my Nursing career there, and wondered if there are any ex UK nurses reading this who could offer me a little advice? Can I bypass the CGFNS altogether? And travel directly to Florida to sit and pass only the NCLEX? As the minimum UK educational requirement to be an RGN Staff Nurse "appears" to be greater than the Florida/American requirement, will then my UK RGN registration documents be accepted by the Florida/American Nursing and Visa authorities as sufficient & proof of my High School and Nursing Qualifications? As it may be difficult for me to access original copies. Can you offer any further information & timing in regard the NCLEX test being made available to sit in overseas locations,i.e. London? Is there a minimum time myself and my fiancee would need to be married before he could be visa accepted as my spouse ? Many thanks in advance Ms Ann Sara Colecchia RGN :)
