You made me laugh out loud when I read the part about the woman with a full bush that might need a trim (because of the difficulties doing pericare.) :chuckle ToBANurse2010 If I read correctly ToBANurse2010, you don't have to shave their pubic hair at all. Thank you Mommy2minime for responding to my posting. Wow. . 300 people waiting in line at GTCC! Would you mind if I ask which home health agency you went through? I probably want to go the community college route but still want to make sure I know all my options. I heard that if home health agencies train you that you have to work for them a certain amount of time. Does PRN mean as needed in that you have to work whatever shift they need you? Thank you!

That is true New in NY! Women need shaving too. What do you do with the "down there" part? Is it only a trim? Thanks for responding to my previous posting by the way too.

FTCC is out but I was thinking about Davidson County Community College or Guilford Technical Community College. Any suggestions or comments? FTCC requires getting a PCA first (an additional 4 weeks) and that is not something I want to do. Thank you!

I am thinking about becoming a CNA and then a nurse. Could somebody explain to me how CNAs "shave" patients? Out of everything they are responsible in doing, this part of the job scares me the most (especially shaving the private areas.) Do they use a razor blade? Thank you.
