    Thank you. It seems like our crazy 8 to 1 is not the norm LOL . My argument to them is have you ever tried to babysit 8 kids? Now add into the fact that they are sick . So crazy .

    Hi! I was hoping my fellow nurses could help me by commenting what state you are in and what your nurse patient ratio is in pediatrics! Would like to present the data to show the national average IS NOT 8:1 with no ancillary staff! Thank you for your help!
