I started straight out of school in CV too... be patient and try not to get overwelmed.. there's alot that'll be thrown at you.. ask questions... ask questions.. ask questions.. especially to your preceptor.. learn your basic hemodynamics and you will build from there fast.. pacep.org is a great website.. good luck
  2. I recently graduated from nursing school two weeks ago, and I am preparing for the boards right now. The problem is that I started work this week full time. I do not feel as though I have time to prepare and work. I have been taking some practice questions from Kaplan review. I haven't done as well as I would have liked to and now I am worried about NCLEX. I was just looking for some advice about preparing for the NCLEX. Thanks!
