lvn graduate 2 years
I've been an LVN graduate for a little over 2 years now. I've taken the nclex-pn once a year ago and failed. I know the longer you put it off the harder it will become to study and take the exam. All i can say is it has finally registered in my brain that after this long i am more serious than ever to finish what i started a few years ago. I've been reading the forums lately, but for not being fresh out of school my mind is boggling on how to approach studying. I've forgotten many things since i graduated. I find myself picking through the middle of my notes not knowing where to begin. Although, i'm knowledgeable in lab values and mathematical equations (ex : passing meds drip factor, etc). I have a few books for questions and rationale including exam cram on my PC. Is it best just to keep doing questions or should i approach this differently?

How does transferring work?
HI everyone, I am currently attending a private lvn school in Irwindale,California (premiere career college) . I am 19 almost 20 with no college experience and I live by myself. I am eager to finish school and I want to be at the top of my career while im still young. I was wondering if anyone could help me with information on different type of schools/programs that I can get into for my Rn License. I have a tough time trying to get information about how I can get my Rn once I finish with my lvn. First of all my Grad date is Nov 2010. Once I finish I would like to find a job so i can have experience with me and to pay off my loan. At the same time though I want to get my Rn. This is the part where i get confused hehe. Ive looked online to find different lvn to Rn schools but im not sure how it works. Do I need to get my associates first in order to move on from my lvn? I hear there are waitlists for lvn to rn programs so I wouldnt mind to jump into another private school if there are any.
