    hello everyone..i actually graduated in march 2008 & passed the nclex last may this year.im extremely feel frustrated and upset.i have been applying everywhere ever since with NO RESULTS!!i am very hopeless about my situation as well coz i dont have any related experience.From what i hear,new grads like me are having a very tough time securing positions in hospitals. It is difficult to get the experience when no one will give you that first position....i don't know what to do..can somebody gives me some advices??thx..
