Hi, i currently live in NY and am have a NY state RN license. at the end of this year i have plans to move to Georgia i am currently in process of obtaining all the paper work to send to the GA BON for the license application. Im have my resume unto date and want to start applying now for jobs so i can have time to land a job in GA before my big move. my question is should i wait until i have my GA RN license before apply to jobs or is there a formal way to write that i am Pending my GA license on the actual resume. I'm worried that my resume will be overlooked if i only include my NY state license under my certifications in my resume. :/

Hi so i recently just passed my NCLex this month! and i want to start working but i already have two trips planned i have a flight the first weekend of september and then i have a flight in october1st- 15th. Im going to work in NYC. so my question is should i just wait till after my trip to start applying for jobs or should i start applying now anyway and hope they will not turn me down because i have trips planned and bought already? any suggestions?
