  1. Need help finding a job at a Hospital

    Hi everyone, I graduated last year as a RN, since then been applying at different hospitals and havent had the opportunity to get in. I am currently working at a Nursing home ( 8 months) but honestly dont like it. Its not what am looking for. My areas of interest always been Maternal Child Health. I am so desperate to find a job at a hospital that i would accept a position in any unit. Does anyone knows whats the best way to go about applying to Hospitals, any tips or suggestions? Does anyone that lives in NJ knows of any hospital hiring at this moment? Thanks.
