Congratulations!!!! I wish you all the best! Thank you so much for sharing your story! It was a real inspiration for me and I really needed to read that. I've been trying to complete my prereq's so that I can apply for nursing school and I am having a hard time with A&P II. I was taking it in the fall semester and I had to withdraw from the class because my grades just were not high enough. I decided to take spring off and study on my own and try again fall 2011. Wish me luck! I'm going to need it!:)

A mom I know who is a nurse and I were watching our kids play after school. Her son who is quite active started playing pretty rough with another little boy on the playground. It seemed like they were wrestling and her son had the other kid pinned. When she saw this she called her son's name and said "Scott let go of the patient immediately" it was hysterical! I think she had just finished her shift at the hospital.

Thanks to the mom who started this thread and to all the moms who answered. I had completed most of my pre-requisites and decided to try to have another baby, move into a bigger house etc... Well I have my baby girl who is now 3 and my two boys 9 and 6. I have been wanting to go back and finish but have been procrastinating. I really needed to read this post. It has given me the kick in the pants that I needed and the encouragement. Thank's to all of you and your great words of wisdom! MOMS RULE!!!!!!!
