hi lloi! did u pay for CGFNS already? i thought florida requires TOEFL too? they didnt ask you to submit the english proficiency result? sorry for asking too much.. im deciding between florida and new jersey.. if TOEFL is not required in florida then it will cost me less compared to new jersey. thats why i was asking you this question... :)

I've been trying to call the office but it keep saying to call back because of the high number calls and they only schedule the call on Tuesday and Friday for the nursing applicants. Right, it will cost me about $700- $800 total if i didnt read this thread. maybe i'll try Florida instead. i saw it was not on the list. Mevada needs CES and TOEFL right?i dont know, im gonna gather info first before applying because of what happened in california, i cant afford on paying and wasting money. if i read the posts about CA earlier, i wouldnt continue my application over there. i just wasted my time and money. 

Kuyafern, how did you know that NEW YORK is having the same issues with california regarding the concurrency of the clinical cases?My application was denied too in california and im planning to apply in NY instead.. good thing i read this thread first. i was about to send my application to NY on monday. please let me know about NY. thank yoi

I took the kaplan course last year, both the "in classroom" and the online course.For me, the online course was better than "in classroom". That's because the whole session in the classroom was just about answering the questions which you can find in the q banks by the way, and the rationales are also in the q banks. I asked myself before, what's the whole point of going to the classroom if you can do it yourself in the computer??? i dont like our instructor that time also.It's boring for me. Unlike in "classroom anywhere", we were able to interact with other classmates from other countries and you will be able to ask questions from them and the teacher was great.he was very patient and was able to answer our questions..and other instructors were also there to answer if you have trouble or did not get the rationale of the questions.And it was not boring too. Its my own opinion and experience, maybe other people find the "in classroom" better than i do.but for me,"classroom anywhere" is better.

i didnt realize the first page says 2nd edition..:lol2: but you know what, the questions are the same i dont know what's the difference.

Congratulations to you Viruz!!! Your post helps me a lot to move on after i failed the exam and dont lose hope and to be positive all the time. its gonna be my third attempt also and im praying that im gonna pass this time. I was trying to get some ideas what books or study guide should i use and i think im gonna add Lacharity on my list this time and practice more questions. by the way, did u use a study schedule, like for example today your gonna study pediatrics tomorrow infection control..something like that? how did you start you study last time?
