  1. Help low GPA

    Has anyone been (or known someone who has been) accepted into a FL Nursing program with a GPA under a 3.0? I majored in "social life" my first time through college, and unfortunately most of my credits transferred into my A.S. So now I am "stuck" with a low GPA and the rumor is, programs will not even look at your application if it's under a 3.8 GPA. I did wonderfully with AP I & II. Also I do not currently work in the health field, which I have also heard could pose a problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
